Theresa Tuengel (pronounced "Tingle) moved to Seattle in 1985, and launched her real estate career the next year. From 1989 until 2004, she was Owner and Broker of Complete Property Services in Kirkland, Washington.

She became an associate broker with RE/MAX for 11 years before making an upward move to join a high production office to keep Theresa’s skills sharp and increase her growing business model. Theresa is now a high production Managing Broker at the Windermere RE/NE office in Kirkland, WA. then Windermere Real Estate/HKW,Inc office or Windermere Alderwood to be more convenient for all buyers and sellers she serves. The name is changing to Windermere Real Estate/M2, LLC as of 7/15/2019!
